In collaboration with the German National Association for Nature and Forest Kindergartens, VAUDE developed a quality standard for the industry that ensures that forest kindergarten performance demands on clothing and equipment are met. The knowledge gained about the everyday practices and experiences in a forest kindergarten and in the VAUDE Child Care Centre flowed directly into development of this new line of apparel.
