Delivery to the U.K.
For stock held in the UK we will despatch your order immediately using Royal Mail First Class Recorded, or a next day courier service for larger orders.
For stock held in the warehouse in Germany we aim to despatch your order within 5 working days by courier or Royal Mail First Class Recorded service. If you require more prompt delivery we strongly recommend that you contact Ubergear prior to placing your order as most items are dispatched from Vaude’s own logistics centre in Germany.
Delivery shortages must be notified within 4 days of receipt of goods. After this time it will be assumed that you have received all items.
Our standard delivery charge is £3.50 on all orders below the minimum required for free delivery as stated on our website (if applicable).
If you require delivery outside normal working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) please contact us before placing your order as such deliveries will incur an extra charge.
Delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World
The shipping costs for overseas orders is calculated on the weight of your order.
Overseas delivery charges may incur extra charges on large or heavy items as there is a significant price increase in shipping items over 2Kg in weight. Please give us a call before ordering large items for delivery overseas, and we can work out a bespoke shipping cost for your order.
Free Delivery - International Orders
Free shipping is available on overseas orders if the order total is above a certain value. Please see below for details.
