Tarps and Awnings

An excellent way of extending your tent or vehicle creating a very social environment in which to eat, play games, chat or even store gear.

Vaude tarps can be added to the front of tents to create a dining shelter or a covered seating area. The Vaude Badawi Tarp is designed to fit onto The Vaude Badawi and the Vaude Division Dome. It makes these great tents even better by creating a shaded, rain proof shelter that the whole family can enjoy. Made from 75D Polyester PU coated and with a 5.000mm hydrostatic head it is fully waterproof and hard wearing. The tarp secures to the tent using straps and buckles (all supplied), and when pitched up on the tarp pole and pegged securely makes a great addition to your living space.

The Vaude Annex is ideal for extending most smaller tunnel or dome tents. It is a versatile shape and comes with pegs and guy ropes...but no pole!

If you have a van or a large car, then a great way to create extra sleeping, cooking or storage space is to use the Vaude Drive Base or the Vaude Drive Van. These free standing awnings are easy to pitch, made of 75D Polyester 185T, PU coated, with a 3.000 mm Hydrostatic Head. They are fully waterproof. They come with pegs and guy ropes, as well as roof attachments and sucker cups for securing to your vehicle. The awnings are free standing and allow you to drive off for the day and leave them safely store equipment and secure your pitch. You can even buy a separate inner bedroom pod which will allow you to sleep in the awning in total privacy and comfort.
